Can I run the NVIDIA RTX Pro 6000 on a SYS-221HE-FTNR?

You would have to do at your own risks as that GPU is not listed at validated in the qualified matrix. Furthermore, due to different PCIe generations, the GPU will run at a lower bandwidth.
