I would like to know if I need to buy a TPM module for C9Z490-PGW motherboard? Or it has a built in TPM?

Answer
You do not need to buy a TPM module. Please go to BIOS-->Advanced-->PCH-FW Configuration-->Change the option to "PTT" on TPM Device Selection.
