421GE-TNRT.  Customer installed AOC-SLG4-2H8M2 and made RAID1 for OS. But customer found the AOC cannot be detected in BMC web.

1. Please use CPU direct connect PCIE slots, like slot7.
2. Set AOC-SLG4-2H8M2 to MCTP over PCIE by below CMD.
