I have a H12SSL-NT motherboard with EPYC 7003 processor and Supermicro memory. But it does not boot. What could be the root cause?

The latest AMD EPYC 7003 series processor with AMD 3D V-cache technology requires BIOS version 2.3 or newer. Compatible memory is DDR4 3200 MHz Registered ECC. Please also check if your memory clock speed too slow.
