I have a SYS-620H-TN12R with 2x Nvidia RTX A6000 GPUs installed into SLOTs 1 and 2. I want to add a 3rd Nvidia RTX A6000 GPU to the system.

Is this configuration possible and what additional parts would I need to support it?

With the addition of a 3rd GPU, you will need to upgrade the PSUs to support higher wattage: 

Power Cable: 1x CBL-PWEX-1172-2654 
PSUs: 2x PWS-2K07A-1R (2000W)

It is recommended to populate the 3rd GPU into Slot 5 for this configuration.
