X11SPM-F + AMD GPU
Scenarios: VGA port (onboard) boot up OK to OS
Set Video Priority to offboard, with GPU after those BIOS posting then went blank/no video

Checked GPU driver installed.
Requested to adjust JPG1 jumper to disable and issue resolved.
Note:
“Sometimes” OS will stay with what was detected first then stay with it. 
This MB has these 2 display ports, from onboard VGA and GPU, always enabled.
If user wants to display from GPU card, please set VGA priority from onboard to offboard in BIOS menu. Not just only set JPG1 to 2-3.
