SYS-6019U-TRTP; Please help to advise if we are OK to upgrade ESXI from version 7.0 to 8.0

Checked Broadcom//VMWare Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) and found this system has listed/certified versions as  ESXi 7.0, ESXi 7.0 U1, ESXi 7.0 U2, ESXi 7.0 U3, 
While ESXI 8.0 is not listed as fully certified; Potential driver/FW compatibility concerns should be awared of.
