Question
Customer has a server 621P-TR. MB is X13DEI. BMC FW: 01.02.12
The issue is whenever system boots up or reboots, all FANs will run at full speed no matter which FAN mode he picks. It is very noisy.
The only way he can spin down the FANs is 
After the system boots up to OS, log in BMC, change around the FAN modes. Then all FANs can spin down.  Have you seen this issue before? How to solve it? Please advise.

Please plan to upgrade BMC FW. 
The issue has been addressed and fixed in updated BMC FW 01.03+ versions.
