We are using system SYS-222H-TN with the following RAM specification:

24x 96GB DDR5-6400 ECC REG

However, we observed the RAM is operating at 5200 MT/s instead of the expected 6400 MT/s.

This is Intel specs when using 2 DIMMs per channel will drop to lowest speed which is 5200 for this case, but if you populate only 1 DIMM per channel will run at Max speed 6400 MT/S
