Question
We purchased a Seagate ST6000NM029A from your estore that lists the drive as 512E.  When we inserted the drive into our server, the LSI LSA reported the drive a 4KB and cannot add into the RAID.  Is there any SOP to make this drive work?

Answer
If you are running Linux, you can install sg3_utils (apt or yum install sg3_utils*) and use the following command to low format the sector size.
# sg_format --format --size=512 /dev/sdx
