Question
I have a SYS-A21GE-NBRT System with B200 GPUs. 

After running the Fieldiag utility, the following messages are shown: 
“Perhaps GPU is in bad state. Please power cycle and test again” 
“FSP returned non-zero error code”

What troubleshooting steps should we perform?

Please swap the GPU with the error shown to a "known good" Baseboard Slot and rerun the Fieldiag utility. 
This will confirm if the issue follows the GPU or the baseboard slot. 

Please provide both BEFORE and AFTER GPU Swap Fieldiag Logs to Technical Support for review.
