Please check the Nvidia Bug Report to see if the field "Remapping Failure Occurred" states Yes / No.
Please also check if Fieldiag Log shows the specific GPU has the error message "Row remapping failed"
If both the Fieldiag log shows the message "Row remapping failed" and Nvidia Bug Report shows "Yes" to the field "Remapping Failure Occurred", then the GPU is qualified for RMA.
If the field "Remapping Failure Occurred" shows "No", then the threshold value of row remapping failures was not met.
Please provide both of the logs to Technical Support for review.
