Why does running ethtool -t offline on the AOC-S200G-B2C with firmware version 233.0.207.3 trigger the timeout error message in dmesg?

This behavior is expected, as the NIC firmware added a wait time for module initialization, causing the driver to report a timeout error. the message can be ignored during the test.
