CMM Web GUI stating that browser sessions has timed out and need to open a new session

Step1: Open the browser in Incognito mode(1st method) to see if this is a cache issue

Step 2: Check if can login to GUI at all
If not, then need to get the MEL log events
If yes, change the web session to 30 or 0(2nd method). Go to Configuration->CMM Settings->Web Session
