SYS-822GS-NB3RT ; Our key requirement is to ensure the NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPU remains fully operational even after the host server shuts down and enters the S5 power state. Please advise.

Since there is no separate power control for the PCIE Slot in this system, the feature to have BF-3 DPU to be fully operational in S5 state is not possible.
Also, for thermal concern, there is no available standby FANs in system running at S5 power-state. 
This is to say the above feature may not be supported in this system.
