Question
Our SYS-420GP-TNAR+ have for Intel NVME drives, however we don't see any drives report in Linux kernel.  How should we troubleshoot the system?

Answer
1) Update to latest BIOS and BMC
https://www.supermicro.com/en/support/resources/downloadcenter/firmware/MBD-X12DGO-6/BIOS

2) After update, boot system into UEFI shell
type map -r and print the screenshot

3) type drivers and print the screenshot
4) Login to BMC and check Storage Monitoring page for NVME OOB VPD information
