I have a SYS-220GP-TNR that came with an AOC-S3908L-H8iR.  When I plugged in a SATA drive, I do not see the SATA drive reported in BIOS.  How should I troubleshoot?

The system has AOC-S3908L-H8iR, you can boot the system into UEFI shell and then login to Storage Monitoring in BMC to check the drive status.  
if you prefer, you can use storcli.efi /c0 show in UEFI shell or storcli64 /c0 show in the OS
