AS-2015HS-TNR ; system reboot, but found BIOS and BMC date/time are out of sync. 
Should I enable NTP?

Answer
For this system/motherboard BIOS, BMC and BIOS time will not sync-up automatically.
You may adjust BMC date/time through BMC WEB-Gui manually/directly.
Note: BMC WEB GUI >> Configuration >> BMC Setting
As for NTP enabling please refer to page-94 of PDF below for more adjustment details.
