Question
MCP-290-00060-0N; Tried to use 10-32 screw but wondering if it is larger than M5 screw? 
Any Installation guide?

Both 10-32 and M5 screws are very similar in size but not directly interchangeable. 
The 10-32 is imperial (0.190" dia, 32 TPI), while the M5 is metric (5mm dia, 0.8mm pitch). The M5 is slightly larger; 
A 10-32 screw will fit loosely in an M5 hole, but an M5 screw will not fit a 10-32 hole
