Question
I tried to update BIOS of our ARS-111GL-NHR from 2.1a to 2.2c.  In BMC GUI firmware management page, the BIOS update stays at 0% with "Exception" state.
When I login to KVM, it shows the system stuck at POST 92.  Is that why the BIOS update keeps failing?  How do I resolve the issue?

Answer
Shutdown the system and pull the A/C cords, remove the on-board battery (JBT) and touch the +/- terminals with a screw driver.  Then put the battery back and power ON the system and set the date/time for the BIOS and try to boot again.
