I am attempting to apply Geneve offload feature in VMware by using Broadcom WH+ 57414 25G adapter, AOC-S25G-B2S or AOC-A25G-B2SM. However, the article indicates this limiation support. https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/312002/performance-drops-on-bcm5741x-nics-with.html

How can I achieve GRO with Geneve offload feature running with VMware?

For Broadcom WH+ 57414, it does not support hardware LRO with Geneve offload. Users will have to disable GRO HW setting in VMware (default is enabled). Changing from HW LRO to SW LRO support is able to do the support with Geneve offload
