Using E610-XAT2 10G network dual port adapter will be able to observe running speed at 100Mbps while entering S5 or running at low power mode. Is this normal or how can I resolve this problem?

The firmware of E610 supports LPLU low power mode from netlist and lowest speed of this LPLU by E610-XAT2 will be 100Mbps. To prevent from using this low power mode, system must run without power saving mode and do not enter D0/D3 further state. If low power mode is triggered, 100Mbps will need upper link switch partner to support with auto negotiation mode. With force at 1Gbps/2.5Gbps/10Gbps with LPLU mode triggered at 100Mbps, link connection will be dropped out and disconnected right away.
