The Supermicro AOC-SMG4-2E1S is a PCIe Gen 4.0 x4 M.2 OS boot storage RAID adapter that enables the user to add up to two E1.S or E3.S NVMe drives. NVMe solid state technology is an optimized, high-performance, scalable storage solution, effectively streamlined for enterprise and client systems that leverage the cutting-edge power of PCI Express 4.0 technology. AOC-SMG4-2E1S supports hot-swappable 9.5mm or 15mm E1.S and E3.S SSDs with RAID 0 and RAID 1.
This product is only available through Supermicro. Supermicro recommends that you use AOC-SMG4-2E1S ONLY as an operating system boot device.
